Paper forms become an app.

Ministrella is more than an app. You digitise the paper forms you already have yourself. Leave request, truck handover report, damage report or expense claim: your people fill them in on a tablet or phone, and ai-walker and the DLE take it from there.

The four questions everyone asks.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

Every run is kept in full: the original document, what was read from it and what came back. Nothing is a black box you have to take on faith. For each type of document you also choose fast or thorough.

Does IT have to build something first?

No. You start in the browser and drop documents in. Nothing to install, nothing to migrate. Connecting your systems comes later, through the DLE or our API, and only when you want it.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many documents you send and how much reading each one takes. We quote once we have seen a realistic sample of yours. After that you set a monthly cap, so the invoice cannot surprise you.

Where does our data actually go?

Into the EU, and nowhere else. Storage and AI processing both stay in the EU, and your documents are never used to train a model. You decide how long anything is kept, and sensitive documents can be deleted as soon as they are processed.
